MJ’s 1920 is Seminyak’s up and coming speakeasy and prohibition-era inspired bar, featuring a dazzling setup with cozy dining room and elegant bar, with comfortable furnishing and décor that is influenced by 1920s era, otherwise known as the ‘roaring twenties’. It will be the perfect place to stopover for a hearty dinner, and most of all, as a great ‘drink-a-vous’ with the best and innovative cocktail mixes on the island.
MJ’s 1920 will also be a great option for groups as we serve up hors d’oeuvre, and we’ll also do outside catering services for special events. He brings with him 15 years of experience, from tenures in various positions in the hospitality industry worldwide, including bar and mixology. Among his mentors were award-winning author and veteran bartender Grant Collins and mixology guru Joseph Boroski. His posts included five-star hotels of different brands and concepts, which greatly strengthened his capability in developing new concept ideas, with emphasis on product quality and overall quality of service.
